The prize has been awarded in the category "Olive Oil Technology: From Olive Oil Production to Modern Technologies for Improving Product Quality"
A commemorative plaque will be presented to her on April 17th in the Salone dei Cinquecento in Palazzo Vecchio on the occasion of the inauguration of the 273rd academic year.
