To participate at the AMYC BIOMED 2023 you must be registered.
Please, click here to enter the registration interface. Once you are registered, you will receive an e-mail with your login and password to access to the abstract submission portal.
Once you have completed the payment (payments only by bank transfer to the bank details below) you have to confirm the actual payment on the abstract submission portal. Then you can submit your abstract.
Please download the abstract template from your personal area. All abstracts must be submitted in MS Word format (.doc/.docx). Please do not alter the default layout (margins, font size, etc.). Document size can not exceed 300kb: the system will not allow uploading of larger files. The abstract must be uploaded in your personal area.
Please be informed that once 130 registrations have been reached, it will no longer be possible to request participation by presenting an oral contribution, but registration will only be possible by submitting a contribution in the form of a poster.
Fellowships from società Chimica Italiana application deadline is 1st July 2023 .
The following divisions - CHIMICA INORGANICA, CHIMICA FARMACEUTICA, CHIMICA ORGANICA, CHIMICA ANALITICA, SISTEMI BIOLOGICI, TECNOLOGIA FARMACEUTICA, CHIMICA FISICA - support under-40 members with a limited number of fellowships for participation to AMYC-BIOMED 2023. To participate in the call for fellowship, each SCI member needs to follow the instruction below after completing registration and payment: a single pdf file including payment confirmation, abstract and the declaration of membership to one of the displayed SCI divisions (please also add the number of membership), need to be sent to amycbiomed@gmail.com, utilizing "Name Surname_Fellowship_Name of division" as the object of the email. The file needs to be saved as "Name Surname_Fellowship_Name of division". All the applications will be sent to SCI divisions that will evaluate the fellowships to be awarded..

Cancellation Policy
A 100 % refund will be made only for cancellations received 30 days before the conference date. No refund thereafter.
