Information for participants
Contributions
All communications (ORAL COMMUNICATION, SLIDE&TALK, POSTER) will be in English.
Please be informed that once 130 registrations have been reached, it will no longer be possible to request participation by presenting an ORAL COMMUNICATION or SLIDE&TALK, but registration will only be possible by submitting a contribution in the form of a POSTER.
The poster size is 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (length). It is recommended to leave 2.5 cm per poster side as a margin. The numbered list of posters is reported in the final program available on the conference website.
We remind you that for the ORAL PRESENTATION you will have 12 minutes (10 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for the questions), while for the SLIDE&TALK you will have 5 minutes (no questions). We kindly ask to be on time. All the chairmen/women will be instructed on the maximum duration of each contribution.
All these details are also reported in the final program.
The book of abstracts will be uploaded on the conference website after the end of the conference.

Social events
Visiting Florence
The walking tour around Florence will take place on Monday, October 16th, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, starting from Sant'Apollonia.
Social dinner
The typical Florentine dinner will take place on Tuesday, October 18th, at around 8:00 p.m. at "Giannino in San Lorenzo" (Borgo S. Lorenzo, 33r/35r, 50122 Florence, Italy).
